2. Does WipSync support lot and barcode traceability?

Yes. You can look up barcodes, short serials, and lots, then expand parent and child trees across receiving, WIP, inventory, and shipping. Barcode history timelines provide the movement story when you need it.

3. Can WipSync help with CFIA or inspector readiness in Canada?

WipSync helps Canadian food businesses keep organized, timestamped operational and lot records for receiving, production, inventory, shipping, QA reports, and audit history. We do not certify your facility, but we help your team respond faster when inspectors or customers ask for proof.

4. Does WipSync help with SQF / GFSI audit prep?

Yes. Organized lot, receiving, WIP, shipping, QA, and audit-history records help teams respond when SQF auditors or customers ask for proof. 5. Is this only for large plants?

No. WipSync fits small cutting rooms and multi-room manufacturers. Every plan includes unlimited users, while workflow, location, reporting, and management capabilities expand across Starter, Operations, Business, and Enterprise.

6. How does WipSync help day-to-day operations?

It connects receiving (including truck inspections), WIP rooms and lots, inventory statuses, shipping, product specs, QA reports, lab samples, and audit history. Crews no longer need to rebuild the same story across notebooks and spreadsheets.

7. How often will we need to update the software ourselves?

You will not. WipSync is cloud-based, and updates ship without asking your team to install new software.

8. What devices does it work on?

The portal works in modern browsers on office computers and tablets. Floor stations support weighing and labeling workflows for production teams.

9. What happens if we need help during setup?

Onboarding help is included. Our team works with you to get receiving, WIP, inventory, and shipping workflows mapped to how your floor actually runs.

As long as you subscribe, you get product updates and ongoing support. Cloud releases happen without requiring your team to reinstall software.

3. How often do you release updates?
